11 More Questions To Create Peace In Your Life When You’re Off-Balanced

In a previous related post,  we were saying, it’s common for us as being only human, to experience moments when we feel off-balanced.

So if you find yourself asking questions like these here that make you go “aarrgghh” and feel heavy, then it’s time to step back.  

  • "Why is this happening?"

  • "Why me?"

  • "What have I done to deserve this?"

  • "What have I done wrong?"

  • "Why can't I get this right?"

What next?

 
 

Breathe.  Start asking a different question. 

Here’re 11 more questions that can help shift our mindframe and emotions - 

  1. “How can I let myself off the hook?”

  2. “Wonder how would my trusted Guide (God / Goddess, Buddha, Spirit, Source etc) see this situation?” 

  3. “How can I move forward peacefully?”

  4. “Isn’t it wonderful that I am asking different questions that now nurture my growth?”

  5. “What’s the real gift in this situation?”

  6. “How can I see my gifts that are unique to me?”

  7. “How can I change my perspective about this in a way that feels authentic?”

  8. “How can I allow more support in my life?”

  9. “How can I step back and see the big picture?”

  10. “What would my Future Self say to me now?  How would my Future Self see this?”

  11. “How can I tell this story differently (in a believable way) that would make me feel better?”

There are of course many more life-opening questions that are possible than the ones I’ve suggested.   

Whatever you pick, whether it’s from this list or amended from it or something totally different, that’s cool.  

Just remember, the question(s) that's right for you in THIS moment, is one(s) that feel lighter than before you started asking the question.
