15 Things That Can Happen To You When You Start Experiencing More Inner Peace
Even though I'm using the word "You" here, I'm talking about how I'd changed but in all honesty, I've noticed a similar trend in people I'm working with too.
You LAUGH your head off more. Or maybe, you start to laugh at all - whereas before maybe you tried not to laugh for whatever reason you'll now find understandable looking back, and laugh even more!
You don't care what people think of you. Ok, maybe you'd still think of that a little. But a lot less. Whew... how freeing eh?
You LOVE being silly. Ok, it's like Point 1 above - silly me. But so what? It feels good!
Nice thing is, you have more awareness as to, when not to be silly.
You become more centered. You don't get swayed or influenced by other people's views or feelings.
You eat more. Chocolate especially.
You eat less. You eat more. Whatever. It doesn't matter to you one way or other, really.
You appreciate Nature even more.
You start honoring yourself for who you are. And you stop being needy about "fixing" yourself.
You talk back. Compassionately of course. Ok well, more compassionately, more of the time.
You become cuter. People want to know who you are, and hug you.
You are no longer averse to hugs. BIG HUGS!
Friendly kisses are ok too. Absolutely welcome. Left cheek, or right cheek, or both cheeks.
Cheekiness becomes your norm.
You're happy to cry. And get it out fully, instead of keeping it in your chest and burying it deeper until you might even forget how to cry and what is really bothering you.
You have been warned ;)
